Hammond RDRW1900516BK1 3U Locking Rack Drawer, 16 in Deep, 129 lb

The RDRW1900516BK1 is a 3U locking rack storage drawer for standard 19-inch EIA-310-E racks and cabinets. It gives IT, telecom, industrial and AV teams a secure, sliding compartment inside the rack for tools, test equipment, spare parts, media and documentation, turning otherwise unused rack space into organized storage that stays with the equipment it serves.

The drawer is built from mild steel, part of an RDRW Series range constructed from 14 and 16-gauge steel, and finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat. A keyed lock with a front plastic pull handle secures the contents, and two keys are supplied. Heavy-duty slides give smooth operation with 16.00 in (406 mm) of travel, and a cable pass-through in the rear allows cords to exit the drawer body. Two rear mounting brackets are included and can be fastened directly to the rear rack rails for added stability, accommodating rail depths from 16.10 in to 21.88 in (409 mm to 556 mm).

Overall dimensions are 5.25 in (133 mm) high, 17.36 in (441 mm) wide and 16.25 in (413 mm) deep, occupying 3U of rack height. Usable interior space is 4.64 in (118 mm) high by 15.33 in (389 mm) deep, and the load capacity is 129 lbs (58.5 kg). Shipping weight is 24.01 lbs (10.89 kg).

Each RDRW1900516BK1 assembly ships with the drawer, two keys, eight 10-32 x 0.625 in screws, two rear drawer support brackets, four 8-32 Keps nuts and assembly and installation instructions. The part is made in Canada, is TAA compliant and USMCA compliant, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. A matching RAL7035 light gray version, RDRW1900516LG1, is available in the same size.
