Hammond RDAB2U26 2U 26 in Deep Rack Depth Adapter Bracket Set

The RDAB2U26 is a 2U rack depth adapter bracket set that lets deep equipment be center-supported in a 2-post (relay) rack rather than hanging from the front rails alone. It is intended for IT and network integrators, telecom technicians, and industrial control builders who need to mount servers, UPS systems, and deep chassis where a full 4-post rack or rear support is not available.

Each set is built from 14-gauge mild steel with a black powder coat finish and is rated for a 400 lb capacity. The kit ships with 2 left brackets and 2 right brackets, providing both mounting rails and formed angle supports so rackmount and non-rackmount equipment can be carried. The brackets can be fastened to the front and/or rear rack rails to maximize load capacity and installation flexibility.

This size covers 2U of panel height and a 26.00 in (660 mm) mounting depth including a standard rack, with a per-bracket depth of 11.50 in (292 mm). Overall bracket dimensions are 3.50 in (89 mm) high by 1.57 in (40 mm) wide, and the 19.00 in (483 mm) mounting width suits 19-inch EIA rails; the series is also compatible with 23-inch and 24-inch EIA rack systems. Obround mounting slots (0.250 x 0.375, 6 places) and 10-32 tapped holes are provided, and 10-32 x 5/8 pan head screws plus installation instructions are included.
