The RCK24U25BK is a 24U knock-down rack cabinet measuring 47 in x 24 in x 25 in (1,194 mm x 610 mm x 635 mm), built for AV and media installations, network and telecom equipment rooms, labs and general equipment deployments. It ships unassembled, which makes it easier to transport and handle into constrained spaces, and the self-squaring design allows fast assembly with improved structural alignment.
Construction is 16-gauge steel with 12-gauge mounting rails rated for a 1,050 lb load, finished in textured black powder coat (RAL9005 Black) over mild steel. The finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant 10-32 tapped mounting rails are included, along with a 50-pack of SCREW1032-50 10-32 mounting hardware.
Usable mounting space is 42.00 in (1,067 mm) high by 19.00 in (483 mm) wide with 22.56 in (573 mm) of equipment mounting depth. The cabinet is rated 24U + 1U, where the extra 1U refers to usable accessory mounting at the top-rear of the cabinet. Shipping weight is 126 lbs (57.15 kg).
RCK24U25BK includes a solid top panel (C2T1923S), top and bottom 25" D panels, two side panels, 1U knockout panels, receptacle cover plates and hinge cover plates. Conduit knockouts and numerous cable tie-off points support organized routing, and a fan cutout pattern accommodates optional fans. Doors are not included; optional field-installable solid, vented or window doors (RCKSD24UBK1, RCKVD24UBK1, RCKWD24UBK1) mount with four screws, and VCT42 vertical cable tray, casters and leveling feet are available as accessories.
Ganging capability is included for side-by-side expansion. The cabinet is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America (Country of Origin: CA), REACH and RoHS compliant, and USMCA compliant.
