The RCK20U25BK is a 20U knock-down rack cabinet measuring 40 in x 24 in x 25 in (1,016 mm x 610 mm x 635 mm), built for AV, network and general equipment installations that need a configurable, transportable enclosure. It ships unassembled, is self-squaring, and assembles in minutes, which makes it practical for elevators, stairwells and other constrained delivery paths.
Construction is 16-gauge mild steel for the cabinet frame with 12-gauge mounting rails rated for a 1,050 lb load, finished in a textured black powder coat in RAL9005 Black that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The RCK20U25BK includes two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant 10-32 tapped mounting rails plus a 50-pack of SCREW1032-50 mounting hardware, so standard 19-inch rack equipment can be fixed-mounted straight away.
Usable mounting space is 35.00 in (889 mm) high x 19.00 in (483 mm) wide with 22.56 in (573 mm) of equipment mounting depth. Beyond the 20U of front rail space, a 1U usable accessory mounting position at the top-rear of the cabinet gives 20U + 1U of capacity, with 1U knockout panels top and bottom.
- Numerous cable tie-off points and conduit knockouts, including 3.00/1.90 in, 2.50/1.90 in, 1.38/1.12 in and 0.68 in knockouts.
- Mounting points for four-screw field-installable solid, vented or window doors (door not included).
- Fan cutout pattern in the top/bottom panel for optional DNMF100AC115 or DNMF100AC230 fans.
