The RCBS1900713BK1 is a 4U enclosed desktop rack cabinet built for mounting 19-inch equipment in AV, studio, test and measurement environments. Construction is 16-gauge welded steel (mild steel) with a 600 lb load rating, finished in a RAL9005 Black textured powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet is fully enclosed with top, bottom and side panels to shield installed equipment, and it ships with two black plastic handles for carrying between workstations plus four plug bumper feet for stable, non-marking desktop placement.

Overall size is 9.00 in high x 21.00 in wide x 13.00 in deep (229 x 533 x 330 mm), with 4U of usable mounting height (7.00 in / 178 mm per the ordering table; the drawing shows a 7.06 in / 179 mm 4U front opening) and 12.38 in (314 mm) of usable mounting depth, with the drawing calling out 12.26 in / 311 mm usable depth. The 19-inch mounting centres measure 18.35 in (466 mm) with a 17.81 in (452 mm) front opening.

Mounting rails are fixed-depth and EIA-310 compliant with 0.28 in (7 mm) round holes for 10-32 clip nuts, and the rails are recessed at the front and rear to improve equipment clearance and cable access. A starter pack of 10-32 clip nuts with a matching quantity of 1421ABK black screws is included, so RCBS1900713BK1 arrives ready for the first devices to go in.
