Hammond RCBS1900313LG1 2U Desktop Rack Cabinet, 13 in Deep, Light Gray

The RCBS1900313LG1 is a 2U enclosed desktop rack cabinet for mounting 19-inch equipment in AV, studio, test and lab environments. Finished in RAL7035 light gray textured powder coat, it gives integrators, broadcast and control-room technicians, and test engineers a compact, fully enclosed home for a small stack of rack gear on a bench or workstation.

Construction is 16-gauge welded mild steel with a 600 lb load rating, and the cabinet is fully enclosed with top, bottom and side panels to protect installed equipment. Two black plastic lifting handles are built in for moving the unit between workstations, and four plug bumpers (non-marking rubber feet) keep it stable on a desktop.

Overall size is 5.50 in (140 mm) high x 21.00 in (533 mm) wide x 13.00 in (330 mm) deep, with 2U of usable mounting height at 3.50 in (89 mm) and a usable mounting depth of 12.38 in (314 mm). The mounting rails are fixed-depth and EIA-310 compliant with 0.28 in (7 mm) round holes for 10-32 clip nuts, and are recessed at the front and rear to improve equipment clearance. Rails are set on the 18.35 in (466 mm) 19-inch mounting centres, with a 17.81 in (452 mm) panel opening.

RCBS1900313LG1 ships with a starter pack (CLPKIT1032-10) of 10-32 clip nuts and a matching quantity of 1421ABK black screws, so a first set of panels or devices can be installed right away. Made in Canada and TAA-compliant, it is RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant, with the powder coat finish also GREENGUARD and TSCA compliant. Shipping weight is 17.64 lbs (8.00 kg).
