Hammond RB-VFM45-10-2 45U Double-Sided Vertical Cable Manager, 10in Wide

The RB-VFM45-10-2 is a 45U double-sided vertical finger cable manager built for open frame rack systems where large volumes of patch cables must be routed along the full height of the rack. Rated for 45 rack units with a 78.75 in (2000 mm) mounting height, it is aimed at IT and network integrators, data center teams and structured cabling contractors organizing high-density cross-connect and equipment cabling.

Construction is a 16-gauge steel frame fitted with UL94V-0 polycarbonate fingers, so cables are held in defined pathways rather than bundled loosely. Removable aluminum covers conceal the cabling for a clean, finished installation and are included with this part. The finish is black powder coat, described by the manufacturer as GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant to support indoor air quality and environmental requirements.

Overall dimensions are 80.40 in (2042 mm) high by 10.00 in (254 mm) wide by 16.00 in (406 mm) deep, the double-sided depth providing finger duct pathways on both the front and rear of the rack. Rear cable pass-through openings allow routing between rack sections, and keyhole cutouts support tool-less PDU mounting with a 61.25 in (1556 mm) PDU mounting dimension shown on the drawing.

RB-VFM45-10-2 ships flat packed and includes assembly hardware and mounting hardware, with eight finger bracket assemblies, four manager doors with clips, connector brackets and plates, and 24 black 10-32 x 3/8 in screws. It is designed for compatibility with Hammond and third-party open frame racks. The part is TAA compliant and made in Canada, with USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliance declared, and is part of the Rack Basics line for simple, reliable and affordable installations.
