Hammond RB-HFMS1 1U Single-Sided Horizontal Finger Cable Manager

The RB-HFMS1 is a 1U single-sided horizontal finger cable manager with a removable cover, built for structured patch cable routing in standard 19-inch EIA-compliant racks. It suits IT and network technicians, AV and broadcast integrators, and structured cabling crews who need patch cords between switches and patch panels guided into defined pathways rather than left loose across the rack face.

Construction is 16-gauge steel with polycarbonate fingers. The fingers are UL94V-0 rated for flame resistance, and the steel is finished in black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental requirements. The finger-style layout improves cable separation and routing control compared with open ring managers, making it a good fit for medium to high cable density installations.

This part occupies 1U of rack space with a 1.75 in (44 mm) usable mounting height and a 19.00 in (483 mm) panel width; the 19-inch mounting centre dimension is 18.32 in (465 mm). Overall depth is 4.81 in (122 mm), with inside dimensions of 4.60 in (117 mm) and 1.03 in (26 mm). Rear cutouts allow cable pass-through, with a rear pass-through opening of 5.00 in (127 mm) by 0.77 in (20 mm) and a top pass-through of 1.45 in (37 mm) by 2.74 in (70 mm).

The RB-HFMS1 ships pre-assembled as a back and cover assembly; mounting hardware is not included. Two units can be installed back-to-back where double-sided cable management is required. The part is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America (country of origin CA), and is USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliant, which helps on government and regulated procurement.
