Hammond RASA16BK3 200 lb 15-Inch Heavy Duty Rack Support Angles

The RASA16BK3 is a pair of heavy duty reinforced steel rack support angles measuring 14.95 in (380 mm) long, listed as a 15" equipment support angle set. It is intended for IT, AV and industrial users who need to carry chassis, servers and non-rackmount gear from below in a standard 19-inch EIA-compliant rack system, rather than mounting equipment on rails alone.

Each angle is formed from mild steel with a 1.75 in (44 mm) height and 1.75 in (44 mm) width profile, and is finished in a black textured powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The reinforced RASA Series construction is rated at 200 lb capacity and is designed to reduce deflection under load compared with standard rack shelves.

Because the angles support equipment along the depth of the rack, load is distributed away from the front mounting rails, which helps stabilize heavy or front-mounted devices and deep equipment that overhangs a standard shelf. The fixed design provides consistent support where sliding or adjustable shelves are not required.
