Hammond R507-124-000 120 x 240 mm Enclosure Galvanized Inner Panel

The R507-124-000 is a formed inner mounting panel for the 120 x 240 mm size of the R100, R101 and R102 aluNORM Type 4X diecast aluminum enclosures (enclosure part numbers ending in -124). It gives OEM engineers, panel builders and electricians a steel plate on which to mount components, instead of fixing them directly to the enclosure casting.

The panel is made from 16 GA galvanized steel; the series ordering table lists aluNORM inner panels as 2 mm galvanized steel. At 120 x 240 mm this is the longest of the three 120 mm wide enclosure sizes, and this panel's drawing specifies 16 gauge galvanized steel.

Listed size is 8.85 in x 4.13 in x 0.08 in (225 mm x 105 mm x 2 mm). The manufacturer's drawing shows an overall plate of 224.90 mm [8.85 in] by 104.80 mm [4.13 in]. Shipping weight is 1 lbs (0.45 kg), and the part ships in a box.
