The R149-025-501 is the bottom mount Tara Plus Coupling from the TPSSC Series. It is a command fitting that attaches to an enclosure and receives 48mm round tube perpendicular to the enclosure bottom, for installations where the tube meets the underside of the enclosure.
With 300° of rotation, the coupling lets the enclosure be turned to face the operator, and the adjustable torque resistance lets the installer set how firmly it holds position. The body is die-cast aluminum G Al Si 12.
It measures 3.07 in x 3.07 in x 4.14 in (78 mm x 78 mm x 105 mm). On the drawing, the coupling has Ø78 mm and 105 mm callouts, a Ø48 mm diameter, a Ø39 mm diameter and an M6 thread, along with 50 mm and 32 mm callouts.
R149-025-501 is REACH and RoHS compliant and ships at 2 lbs (0.91 kg). Where the tube meets the top of the enclosure instead, the matching part is the top mount coupling R149-025-500.
