Hammond R147-030-000R 50 mm Heavy Duty Cast Iron Suspension Base

The R147-030-000R is the Heavy Duty Cast Iron Base (HDSSCIB Series) for the 50 mm size of the Hammond heavy duty suspension system, listed as "Command Fitting - 50mm Base". It anchors a suspension arm at its fixed end, making it the starting point for OEM machine builders and controls integrators hanging an operator enclosure from a machine, wall or ceiling structure using 50 x 50 profile tubing.

The base is 4G-s.g. cast iron (GGG-40 per DIN 1693 on the drawing) with a powder coating in RAL 7040 window grey. A black chloroprene (CR) gasket is included, and the base does not rotate, so it provides a fixed, non-pivoting mounting point.
