Hammond R147-025-200R 80 mm Heavy Duty Enclosure Coupling, 300° Rotation

The R147-025-200R is the Heavy Duty Enclosure Coupling (HDSSEC Series) for the 80 mm heavy duty suspension system, catalogued as "Command Fitting - 80mm Encl coupling". It connects an 80 x 80 profile suspension arm to the operator enclosure and allows the enclosure to be turned, which makes it a core fitting for integrators building larger suspended control stations.

Construction is cast aluminum (GK-Al Si 12 per DIN 1725) with a large thrust flange. It fastens with 4 hex socket screws, provides adjustable torque resistance and rotates through 300°. The drawing lists a black chloroprene (CR) gasket, 2x M12 galvanized steel assembly screws (DIN 916), IP54 ingress protection per EN 60529 and RAL 7040 window grey powder coating.
