Hammond R147-010-200R 80 mm Heavy Duty Wall Joint, 170° Pivot

The R147-010-200R is the Heavy Duty Wall Joint (HDSSWJ Series) for the 80 mm heavy duty suspension system, catalogued as "Command Fitting - 80mm Wall joint". It mounts an 80 x 80 profile suspension arm to a wall and lets it pivot, which suits integrators and facilities teams installing larger wall-mounted operator enclosures on heavier load arms.

Construction is 4G-s.g. cast iron (GGG-40, DIN 1693) with an integrated movement stop, one piece bellow and two sleeves; rotation range is 170°. The drawing specifies black chloroprene (CR) gaskets, IP54 ingress protection per EN 60529, RAL 7040 window grey powder coating and galvanized steel M12 assembly screws (DIN 916; 6x in the specification table, 8x in the drawing callout). It also notes that the illustrated profile is not included in the scope of delivery.

The drawing shows a 190 mm square wall plate with 11 mm diameter holes on a 175 mm and 115 mm pattern and 80 x 80 profile connections.
