Hammond R144-311-500 1.5 m Rectangular Suspension Tube, 60x40mm

The R144-311-500 is a 60 x 40 mm rectangular suspension tube, 1.5 m (4.92 ft) long, from the Tara Plus (TaraPlus) Suspension Tube TPSSST Series. It is the longest rectangular tube in the series ordering table, for suspension arms that must reach farther from the wall or column to put an operator interface enclosure in front of the operator. OEM machine builders and integrators use it when laying out larger TaraPlus stations.

This tube is welded precision steel, made to the EN 10305-5 (DIN 2395) tolerance standard and powder coated in RAL 7035, light grey. The outside section is 60 x 40 mm with a 54 x 34 mm inside section, to a tolerance of ±0.50. The manufacturer's drawing lists IP54 ingress protection to EN 60529 and a weight figure of 3,600 kg/m.
