Hammond PWS3202A115N4SS 7165 BTU/h Air/Water Heat Exchanger, 115V Stainless

The PWS3202A115N4SS is a full-height air/water heat exchanger from the PWS 3000 Series: the 7165 BTU/h model of the 7000-12000 BTU/H PWS 3000 range, a 51.89 in tall unit for large freestanding and wall enclosures with substantial heat loads. Panel builders and OEM designers use it to cool enclosures with chilled water/glycol, tower water or other circulated coolants where ambient conditions are hot, harsh or subject to frequent wash-down.

The PWS 3202 is rated at 7165 BTU/h (2100 W) at +95 F (+35 C) enclosure and +50 F (+10 C) water, with an air volume of 300 CFM (510 m3/h) and a coolant flow of 2 GPM (450 L/h) at rated capacity. This is the 115 V version, specified for 60 Hz supply; it consumes 77.6 W and draws 0.69 A running current, with a terminal block power connection. An integrated thermostat and solenoid valve with alarm contact provide automatic temperature control.

The exterior case of this variant is 304 stainless steel, and the part description rates it NEMA/Type 4/4X, which suits wash-down and corrosive locations. Inside, a rugged (10 bar) copper tube / aluminum fin heat exchanger connects through a 1/2 in barb.
