Hammond PWDP13095 1123 VAC C-Core Power Transformer for Swan MK II

The PWDP13095 is a Peter W. Dahl heavy-duty power transformer for the Swan Mark II amplifier (HD SN 10 SM). The ordering table notes that it requires power supply rework to fit, so it is best suited to experienced restorers comfortable modifying the supply.

Three secondaries are provided: S1 0-583-1123 VAC @ 0.8A CCS (outputs 5 to 7 at 1200V 0.8A CCS on the drawing, with lead 6 as the 583V tap), S2 10 VCT @ 15A CCS (leads 8-9-10) and S3 12.6 VAC @ 2A CCS (leads 11-12). The 117/234 VAC 60 Hz primary is wired on leads 1 and 2 with jumpers 1 to 3 and 2 to 4 for 117V, or leads 1 and 4 with a jumper 2 to 3 for 234V.

It is built on an A-0395 C-core in Style 10. The drawing calls for all leads 18" out minimum, stripped .5", a 3/8" strap around both cores and the mounting bolts, and 0.375" x 0.188" mounting slots in 2 places; it is marked Made in Canada. Approximate weight is listed as 23 lbs.
