The PQF200 is the 8-inch size of the PQF Premium Quick Filter line: a roll of 60 tear-off square filter sheets, each 200 x 200 mm (8 x 8 in), that mounts on the outside of an air-inlet opening. It is aimed at maintenance teams, panel builders and OEM engineers who want a fast, low-effort way to pre-filter the air entering a fan, grill or other intake on small equipment and enclosures.
Each sheet is a flame retardant filter material weighing 40 g/m² and measuring 0.29 mm thick. It filters out particulates from 145 to 60 µm as well as oily mist from the air inlet, which makes it a practical first line of defence ahead of the filter mat that is already in your inlet hardware.
Installation is quick: the filter is externally mounted using the included magnetic strips, and a used sheet can be removed and replaced with a new one in seconds. The magnets are not compatible with stainless steel or non-metallic surfaces, so those housings need an alternate mounting method. The filter suits any air-inlet opening on any type of equipment.
Keep in mind that the PQF200 is a pre-filter only; it does not provide an IP or NEMA Type Rating. The packaged roll measures 4 x 8 x 4 in (102 x 203 x 102 mm) and ships at 2 lbs (0.91 kg). It is REACH and RoHS compliant and carries UPC 623980143170.
Ideal For
- Pre-filtering small enclosure fan and grill inlets
- Capturing oily mist at machine air intakes
- Quick sheet changes on any equipment air-inlet opening
