The PJW363010L3PT pairs a 36.25 x 30.25 x 10.13 in (921 x 768 x 257 mm) Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure with a 316 stainless steel 3-point latch. It suits control engineers and electricians housing instruments, electric, hydraulic or pneumatic controls, junction points or terminal wiring in places that are hosed down, very wet, hot or highly corrosive.
The box and cover are gel-coat, fiberglass and resin with a nominal 0.19 in (4.8 mm) wall, finished in gray with enhanced UV inhibitors for outdoor service. The cover hangs on a continuous 316 stainless steel piano hinge and seals against an EPDM gasket; the 3-point latch includes padlock provision. The enclosure can be punched, cut or drilled for entries.
Inside, 3/8 collar studs are provided for an optional inner panel with hardware included. The drawing details six sets of a standard PVC spacer, SS 3/8-16x2 threaded rod, SS 3/8 internal teeth locking washer, SS 3/8 flat washer and SS 3/8-16 hex head nut, and references optional painted carbon steel back panel P3630CS, 0.105 in (2.7 mm) thick. An integrated mounting flange is used for wall installation.
