The PJEC3630123PTW is the window-door version of the 36.25 x 30.25 x 12 in (921 x 768 x 305 mm) Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure in the PJW Series. The window lets operators check instruments or indicators without opening the door, which suits installations that are hosed down, very wet, hot or highly corrosive.
The enclosure and matching cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester with a gray finish and enhanced UV inhibitors for outdoor weathering, and the material can be punched, cut or drilled on site. A 316 stainless steel hinge carries the door, which is secured by a 316 stainless steel 3-point latch with padlock provision against an FIP polyurethane gasket.
The series ordering table gives enclosure dimensions of 36.48 in H x 30.50 in W x 12.18 in D (927 x 775 x 309 mm). The optional inner panel for this size is 18P3327 at 33.00 x 27.00 in (838 x 686 mm); the part drawing also references an optional painted carbon steel back panel, part no. P3630CS, 0.105 in (2.7 mm) thick, fixed with 0.375-16 x 0.75 screws. Wall installation uses the integrated mounting flange.
