The PJEC3630123PT is a Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure from the PJW Series, sized at a nominal 36.25 x 30.25 x 12 in (921 x 768 x 305 mm). It is built for instrument enclosures, electric, hydraulic or pneumatic control housings, junction boxes and terminal wiring enclosures where equipment may be hosed down, very wet, exposed to high temperatures or to highly corrosive environments.
The body and matching cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester in a gray finish, with enhanced UV inhibitors for outdoor weathering. The material is easily punched, cut or drilled for conduit and device openings. The door swings on a 316 stainless steel hinge and closes with a 316 stainless steel 3-point latch with padlock provision, sealing against an FIP polyurethane gasket.
Per the series ordering table, the enclosure measures 36.48 in H x 30.50 in W x 12.18 in D (927 x 775 x 309 mm). Six 3/8 plated carbon steel screws in molded-in brass inserts accept the optional 18P3327 inner panel, which measures 33.00 x 27.00 in (838 x 686 mm). An integrated mounting flange handles wall installation.
