The PJ12126HW is a 12 x 12 PJ Series window enclosure with a 6 in class depth, giving more room for devices than the 4 in version while keeping the same square footprint. Its hinged screw cover with polycarbonate window suits instrument enclosures, control housings and junction boxes that need to be both sealed and visible.
A 316 stainless steel hinge carries the cover, and two 316 stainless steel captive cover screws with retaining O-ring fasten it into #10-32 brass inserts. A FIP polyurethane gasket seals the lid. The box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester, gray, with UV inhibitors, and the drawing gives a 0.13 in (3.30 mm) wall.
Ordering-table size is 12.13 in H x 12.13 in W x 6.13 in D (308 x 308 x 156 mm), and the part page shows 12.32 x 12.32 x 6 in (313 x 313 x 152 mm). Shipping weight is 8 lbs (3.63 kg). For equipment mounting, the optional 14R1111 inner panel is 10.75 x 10.88 in; back panels on the drawing come in 0.100 in aluminum, 0.075 in white steel and galvannealed, and 0.125 in fiberglass.
Four 316 stainless steel feet mount the unit via rear brass inserts. Series approvals are UL 508A Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, cUL per CSA 22.2 No. 94, and IEC 60529 IP66. PJ12126HW is RoHS and REACH compliant.
