The PJ1084TW is a 10.13 x 8.26 x 4.13 in Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure with a hinged polycarbonate window cover held by a stainless steel lockable twist latch located on center. It is a practical housing for instruments, terminal wiring and electric, hydraulic or pneumatic controls where the door is opened by hand and the contents must stay in view.
The gray compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester box and cover include enhanced UV inhibitors for outdoor weathering. A stainless steel hinge supports the cover, and a captive oil resistant closed cell neoprene gasket seals it for locations that are hosed down or very wet. The material is easily punched, cut or drilled.
Four stainless steel feet fix to rear #10-32 brass inserts with stainless steel screws; the drawing shows an 11.84 in overall height with feet, 11.19 in vertical hole spacing and 0.34 in holes. Inside, brass inserts with plated carbon steel screws hold the optional 14R0907 inner panel, 8.75 x 6.88 in, offered in white powder coated steel, unfinished aluminum or fiberglass.
The PJ1084TW carries UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 ratings and IEC 60529 IP66, is REACH and RoHS compliant, operates from -40°C to 130°C, and ships at 5 lbs (2.27 kg).
