The PJ1084HW is a 10.13 x 8.26 x 4.13 in Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure with a hinged screw cover and polycarbonate viewing window. Its shallow 4.13 in depth suits instrument enclosures, terminal wiring and junction boxes, and electric, hydraulic or pneumatic control housings in hosed-down, wet, hot or corrosive areas.
Box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester in gray, with enhanced UV inhibitors for outdoor weathering. The cover swings on a stainless steel hinge and closes with two stainless steel captive cover screws with retaining O-rings in #10-32 brass inserts, sealing on a captive oil resistant closed cell neoprene gasket.
Four stainless steel feet mount to rear #10-32 brass inserts using stainless steel screws; the drawing shows 11.84 in overall height with feet, 11.19 in vertical hole spacing and 0.34 in holes. The optional 14R0907 inner panel, 8.75 x 6.88 in, attaches to brass inserts with plated carbon steel screws.
The PJ1084HW is rated UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66, is REACH and RoHS compliant, operates from -40°C to 130°C, and ships at 5 lbs (2.27 kg). The manufacturer description lists it as 10.14 x 8.26 x 4.13.
