The PHPF19008BK2 is a 5U hinged solid rack security cover tent" — a lockable steel door panel that fully conceals and secures rack-mounted equipment behind a 19 in rack face. It suits IT and AV integrators, telecom technicians and facilities teams who need to restrict access to a specific section of a rack without installing a full enclosure.
Construction is 14-gauge mild steel, folded on all sides for increased rigidity and durability, and finished in semi-glossy black powder coat (GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant). The solid door face blocks visibility into the equipment behind it, making it a practical choice for security-sensitive and shared rack environments. An integrated lock with two keys is included for access control, while the hinged design lets you swing the door open for full service access without removing installed components.
This 5U version provides an opening 8.72 in (221 mm) high by 16.20 in (411 mm) wide, with mounting dimensions of 8.75 in (222 mm) high by 19.00 in (483 mm) wide. It installs directly to standard 19 in EIA-compliant mounting rails; mounting hardware is not included. Shipping weight is 4 lbs (1.81 kg).
