Hammond PHPF19005BK2 3U Hinged Locking Rack Door, Black Steel

The PHPF19005BK2 is a 3U hinged, lockable solid steel security door panel that mounts directly to standard 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It is intended for IT, telecom and AV installers, facilities teams and OEM integrators who need to conceal and restrict access to a specific section of rack-mounted equipment without moving to a fully enclosed cabinet.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel, folded on all sides for increased rigidity and durability, finished in semi-gloss painted black powder coat. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Because the door face is solid rather than vented or windowed, it blocks visibility into the protected equipment, making it suited to security-sensitive and shared rack environments. A RAL 7035 light gray version of the same panel is cataloged as PHPF19005LG2.

This 3U size covers a mounting height of 5.25 in (133 mm) across the standard 19.00 in (483 mm) rack width, with an opening of 5.22 in (133 mm) high by 16.20 in (411 mm) wide. The drawing gives an overall width of 19.00 in (483 mm), an inner width of 18.31 in (465 mm) and a projection of 2.59 in (66 mm). Shipping weight is 4 lbs (1.81 kg).

An integrated lock and two keys are included for access control, and the hinged design swings open to give full service access to installed components without removing them. Mounting hardware is not included. PHPF19005BK2 is TAA compliant and manufactured in North America (country of origin Canada) in an ISO 9001 certified facility, and is RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant.
