Hammond PHK3 Padlocking 3-Point Handle Kit for Doors Over 60

The Hammond PHK3 is a NEMA 12 (Type 12) 3-point handle kit with a padlocking handle, designed for field installation on most 1418 Series single door enclosures (it does not fit the 1418 J Series). It is intended for panel builders, electricians and maintenance teams who need to add or replace a secure door handle on an existing 1418 enclosure in the field.

As a three point kit, PHK3 includes a handle, latch cam, latch rods and adjustable rod guides. The latch rod ends have rollers for easier door closing, and the rods secure the door at three points rather than one. The handle is a padlocking type, per the manufacturer description "N12 Padlocking". It is the longer of the two 3-point versions, listed by the manufacturer for doors greater than 60".

All parts in the kit are plated or painted for corrosion resistance. The kit ships at 5 lbs (2.27 kg). PHK3 is REACH and RoHS compliant and carries UPC 623980410203 and UNSPSC 39121321 for procurement systems.
