The PF67000T12LG230 is a 560 CFM Type 12 filter fan in RAL7035 Light Gray, built for 230V AC supply at 200W. As the highest-flow model in the PF GEN4 297-560 CFM range, the PF 67000 is aimed at panel builders, OEM engineers and electricians who need to move filtered air through an electrical enclosure while keeping its NEMA Type 12 rating.
Rated at 560 CFM unimpeded airflow with a maximum static pressure of 187 Pa, this fan reaches 368 CFM when paired with a PFA 60000 exhaust filter (capacity in combination 208 W/K). Free-flow capacity is 282 W/K / 292 W/K at IP 54 and 308 W/K / 317 W/K at IP 55. Ball bearings, a duty cycle of 1 and a noise level of 69 dB(A) (EN ISO 3741) round out the performance data. The PF67000T12LG230 uses the Standard Flow (Pressurize) Design and connects via cage clamp terminals.
The housing and guard are sprayed thermoplastic, self-extinguishing to UL 94 V0, and the plastic is heat-resistant ABS-FR. Outside dimensions are 320 x 320 x 150 mm (height x width x installation depth) and the unit weighs 3.7 kg. The fan ships with one Type 12 Filtermat filter (G 4 per DIN EN 779, filtration efficiency 0.91); PFF60000 is the listed replacement filter and PFA60000LG the matching light gray exhaust filter.
The patented "Click & Fit" design gives a hardware-free installation into a 292 mm (11.5 in) cutout. Protection is NEMA Type 12, IP 55 (EN 60 529) when installed as specified, and it is UL Recognized to UL 508 (category NITW2/8, File #E175229) with a CSA Approved fan motor.
