The PF6500AT12BK is a 297 CFM filterfan in the Reverse Flow Design of the PF GEN4 Type 12 range, the black (RAL 9011) 115V AC version of the PF 65000. Reverse-flow models are ordered from their own table in the series, separate from the standard flow (pressurize) PF65000T12BK, giving panel builders and OEM engineers a ready-made choice of airflow direction for NEMA Type 12 electrical enclosures that need forced-air cooling.
This part runs on 115V AC and is rated at 90 W in the series ordering table. The installation manual lists 79 W / 95 W and 0.69 A / 0.84 A at 50/60 Hz for the 115 V PF 65000. Wiring terminates on cage clamp connections, and the manual states the connection may only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
Unimpeded airflow is 297 CFM with a maximum static pressure of 74 Pa. Free-flow capacity is 160 W/K / 160 W/K at IP 54 and 168 W/K / 168 W/K at IP 55. Paired with a PFA 60000 exhaust filter (PFA60000BK in black), the combination delivers 230 CFM and 127 W/K. The unit measures 320 x 320 x 150 mm (height x width x installation depth), weighs 3.2 kg and has a noise level of 52 dB (A).
The housing and guard are sprayed thermoplastic in heat resistant ABS-FR, UL 94 V0 fire approved and self-extinguishing, and the fan runs on ball bearings. The fan ships with one filter (NEMA Type 12 Filtermat, grade G 4 per DIN EN 779, 0.91 filtration efficiency); PFF60000 is the replacement filter. The patented “Click & Fit” design installs without hardware into a 291 mm (+1/-0) cutout for material up to 2 mm, or 292 mm for material over 2 mm and under 3 mm.
