Hammond PCJ12126NLF 12x12x6 Type 4X Polycarbonate Box, Flange Mount

The PCJ12126NLF is a Type 4X polycarbonate junction box from the PCJ Series with a solid polycarbonate cover held by two non-metallic lockable snap latches, supplied with (2X) polycarbonate flange for flange mounting. Nominally 12x12x6 in, it gives integrators, electricians and OEM panel builders a square 12 x 12 in face at 6 in nominal depth. It is built for indoor and outdoor service.

Both the box and the matching standard cover are injection-moulded polycarbonate with the series' light gray finish, and the material is easily punched, cut or drilled. Construction includes a molded hinge with 316 stainless steel hinge pin, a captive oil resistant gasket (fip polyurethane on the drawing) for a positive seal, 316 stainless steel screw fasteners and threaded brass inserts for an optional inner panel or terminal kit; and the snap latches include a provision for padlocking.

Enclosure dimensions are 11.92 in (303 mm) high, 12.16 in (309 mm) wide and 5.98 in (152 mm) deep. The matching optional inner panel is part number PCJR1111, measuring 10.75 in (273 mm) x 10.88 in (276 mm); per the series, inner panels are offered in white powder coated steel, unfinished aluminum or fiberglass. The drawing shows slot distances from 12.84 in minimum to 12.97 in maximum, 13.59 in overall across the flanges. Shipping weight is 10 lbs (4.54 kg).
