Hammond PCJ12106NL 12x10x6 Type 4X Polycarbonate Box, Mounting Feet

The PCJ12106NL is a Type 4X polycarbonate junction box from the PCJ Series with a solid polycarbonate cover held by two non-metallic lockable snap latches, supplied with (4) polycarbonate feet for foot mounting. Nominally 12x10x6 in, it gives integrators, electricians and OEM panel builders a 12 x 10 in face with 6 in nominal depth for taller devices. It is built for indoor and outdoor service.

Both the box and the matching standard cover are injection-moulded polycarbonate with the series' light gray finish, and the material is easily punched, cut or drilled. Construction includes a molded hinge with stainless steel hinge pin, a captive oil resistant gasket (closed cell neoprene on the drawing) for a positive seal, 316 stainless steel screw fasteners and threaded brass inserts for an optional inner panel or terminal kit; and the snap latches include a provision for padlocking.

Enclosure dimensions are 11.92 in (303 mm) high, 10.15 in (258 mm) wide and 5.98 in (152 mm) deep. The matching optional inner panel is part number PCJR1109, measuring 10.75 in (273 mm) x 8.88 in (226 mm); per the series, inner panels are offered in white powder coated steel, unfinished aluminum or fiberglass. The drawing shows 4x .32 in (8.17 mm) mounting holes, a 12.50 x 8.82 in hole pattern, 12.70 in overall across the feet. Shipping weight is 6 lbs (2.72 kg).
