Hammond PBPA19014UNF 8U Unfinished Aluminum Rack Blanking Panel

PBPA19014UNF is an 8U flat aluminum rack panel used to blank off unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant racks and cabinets. It suits IT and telecom teams, AV integrators and OEM engineers who need to close large openings in a rack face so cooling air is directed through equipment rather than recirculating around it.

The panel is made from 8-gauge (0.125 in) 5052-H32 aluminum, giving lightweight durability and corrosion resistance in rack environments. This version is supplied unfinished, leaving the bare aluminum available for custom painting, silkscreening or machining. Sibling part numbers in the PBPA series cover the same 8U size in RAL9005 matte black, ANSI61 dark gray, RAL7035 light gray and RAL9003 matte white.

Panel height is 14.00 in (356 mm) for 8 rack units, with a 19.00 in (483 mm) overall width across the mounting flanges; the drawing shows a 13.97 in (355 mm) front-view height and 0.12 in (3 mm) corner radii. Eight 0.250 x 0.375 in mounting slots provide 8 mounting points, so the panel is fastened at four points per side for a secure, flat fit against standard rack rails.
