Hammond PBPA19007GY2 4U Flat Aluminum Rack Blanking Panel, Dark Gray

PBPA19007GY2 is a 4U flat aluminum rack panel finished in ANSI61 dark gray, used to cover unused rack space in 19 in racks and cabinets. It suits IT and AV integrators, telecom technicians and facilities teams who need to close open rack openings for a tidy front appearance and better airflow separation between hot and cold air.

The panel is formed from 8-gauge (0.125 in) 5052-H32 aluminum, which keeps weight low while providing corrosion resistance for rack environments. Shipping weight is just 1.61 lbs (0.73 kg), so the panel is easier to handle and install than a comparable steel blank. The smooth powder coat finish gives a clean, professional look across the rack face.

Overall width is 19.00 in (483 mm) to fit standard 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. The panel occupies 4U of rack space with a nominal panel height of 7.00 in (178 mm); the drawing shows a 6.97 in (177 mm) panel height with 0.12 in (3 mm) corner radii. Mounting is through four 0.250 x 0.375 in slots — four mounting points total. Mounting hardware is not included, so specify rack screws and washers to match your rails.
