Hammond PBPA19001GY2 1U Flat Aluminum Rack Blanking Panel, Dark Gray

The PBPA19001GY2 is a 1U flat aluminum rack panel finished in ANSI61 dark gray, used to cover unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant racks and cabinets. It is intended for IT and AV integrators, telecom technicians and facilities teams who need to close open rack openings for a tidy appearance and better airflow separation.

Construction is 8-gauge (0.125 in) 5052-H32 aluminum, giving lightweight durability and corrosion resistance in rack environments. Because aluminum is lighter than steel, the panel is easy to handle and install, while the smooth powder coat finish provides a clean, professional look across a rack front.

This part covers 1U of rack height: the panel measures 1.75 in (44 mm) high with an overall width of 19.00 in (483 mm) across the mounting flanges and an 18.32 in (465 mm) panel face, per the part drawing. There are 4 mounting points using 4X 0.250 x 0.375 in slots, so the panel can be secured to standard rack rails. Mounting hardware is not included. Shipping weight is 0.4 lbs (0.18 kg).
