Hammond PBFS19017LG2 10U Formed Steel Rack Filler Panel, Light Gray

The PBFS19017LG2 is a 10U formed steel rack panel finished in RAL7035 light gray, designed to cover unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It is intended for IT and AV integrators, data center and telecom technicians, and facilities teams who need to close off open rack openings so cold supply air and hot exhaust air are not allowed to mix and recirculate.

Construction is 16 ga. mild steel (0.057 in) with a formed, flanged edge that adds rigidity while keeping weight lower than a flat steel panel of the same height. The smooth powder coat finish gives a clean, uniform appearance across a rack elevation, and the powder coat used is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The light gray (RAL7035) colour is one of four finishes offered in the PBFS series.

This part covers 10 rack units: panel height is 17.50 in (445 mm) with an overall mounting width of 19.00 in (483 mm). The formed panel face measures 18.32 in (465 mm) wide by 17.47 in (444 mm) high, with a 0.50 in (13 mm) flange. Eight 0.250 x 0.375 in mounting slots provide 8 mounting points, four per side, for secure attachment over a tall opening. Mounting hardware is not included, so specify rack screws or cage nuts to match your rail type.
