Hammond NWC12U2436SFBK 12U Filtered Wall-Mount Cabinet, 350 lb Rated

The NWC12U2436SFBK is a 12U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet built for industrial and IT environments where dust, dirt and water exposure are a factor. It is the "F" (filtered) configuration of the NWC Series in RAL9005 Black with a solid door, supplied with rear and door Type 12 filters that maintain the UL Type 12 rating and are compatible with fan kits. It suits IT and AV integrators, plant electricians and facilities teams deploying network or control equipment outside a clean data room.

Construction is 14-gauge welded steel (mild steel) with a black powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The double-hinged cabinet design is 19" rack compatible and provides dual access to equipment for installation and servicing, while gasketed doors seal the enclosure against dust, dirt and dripping liquids. Dedicated bonding and grounding points, external mounting feet and a rear pan design support secure wall installation, cable entry and proper electrical bonding.

Overall dimensions are 31.77 in (807 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with 12U of usable mounting height (22.00 in / 559 mm) and 30.00 in (762 mm) maximum equipment depth using the swing-out function. Rail-to-rail depth is 26.55 in (674 mm). Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant tapped 10-32 mounting rails are included along with a starter hardware pack of SCREW1032-50 screws.

NWC12U2436SFBK is UL2416 Type 12 rated to 350 lb (158 kg), seismic rated to 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5), and independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56 for dust ingress and powerful water jets. It also meets PCI DSS compliance requirements and is TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America. Filters ship inside the cabinet.
