Hammond NWC12U2436SALG Air-Conditioned 12U Sealed Wall Cabinet, IP56

The NWC12U2436SALG is a 12U enclosed wall-mount cabinet built for network and industrial equipment that has to survive dust, dirt and washdown conditions. It is the "A" configuration of the NWC Series, so it ships with a factory-supplied 900–1300 BTU DTS3021A115LG air conditioner (shipped inside the cabinet) with cord, plus a solid door, in RAL7035 Light Gray powder coat.

Construction is 14-gauge welded mild steel with gasketed doors, giving a sealed enclosure that is UL2416 Type 12 rated to 350 lb (158 kg) and seismic rated to 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) per IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10. The cabinet has been independently tested to IEC 60529, IP56, for protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets. UL File # E474597 applies.

Overall dimensions are 31.77 in (807 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with 22.00 in (559 mm) of usable mounting height and 30.00 in (762 mm) maximum equipment depth; rail-to-rail depth is 26.55 in (674 mm). Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant tapped 10-32 mounting rails set 19" mounting width, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included. The double-hinged design with swing-out function gives access from front and rear, and power bar mounting is provided without consuming U space.

External mounting feet and a rear pan support secure wall installation and cable entry, and dedicated bonding and grounding points are provided. NWC12U2436SALG is made in Canada, TAA-compliant, meets PCI DSS compliance requirements, and is RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant.
