The N1JP1010PP is a perforated inner panel for N1J Series enclosures measuring 10" high x 10" wide. It gives panel builders, electricians and OEM engineers a ready-made mounting surface for components inside the enclosure, with a perforation pattern designed to accept self tapping screws so there is no time spent measuring, marking and drilling component mounting holes.
The panel is made from 16 ga steel with an ANSI 61 gray powder finish (listed on the part page as Steel/ASA61 Grey). The perforations are 1/8" diameter holes on 1/4" staggered centers; the drawing shows a partial perforation pattern.
Panel size is 8.25 in (210 mm) long x 8.25 in (210 mm) wide, flat with 0 folds, for use with an enclosure 10.00 in (254 mm) high x 10.00 in (254 mm) wide. The part drawing shows ø0.22" mounting holes on 7.63" x 7.63" centers for fastening the panel into the enclosure.
