The MF0040 is a set of four cross-shape mounting feet molded in light gray polycarbonate for the RP Series water-tight enclosures. They let installers fasten an RP enclosure to a wall, panel or equipment surface using external feet.
Polycarbonate gives these feet a UL94 V-2 flame rating, matching the polycarbonate RP Series enclosures. Each foot measures 38 mm x 37 mm x 5 mm (1.5 in x 1.46 in x 0.21 in), confirmed on the drawing as 38.00 mm [1.50 in] x 37.00 mm [1.46 in].
It fits all RP Series enclosures except RP1450, 1455, 1460, 1465, 1610, 1615, 1630 and 1635; for those larger sizes the MF0050 or MF0055 open U-slot feet apply. The RP Series enclosures these feet serve are gasketed ABS and polycarbonate boxes designed to meet IP 65 and ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards or components.
