The M286-8 is a pair of 6.0" spring-locked folding handles made from chrome plated steel. It is designed for enclosures, cases and equipment that need a strong, compact carry handle that folds flat when not in use.
The drawing specifies CR steel as the handle material with a bright chrome plated finish. Each handle is 6.0" (152.4 mm) long and 1.73" (43.9 mm) high, with 6.7" (170.4 mm) hole-to-hole mounting centers.
