Hammond HWMSR24U 24U Square Hole Rack Rail Pair for HWM Cabinets

HWMSR24U is a pair of 24U square-hole 19" panel rails made for Hammond HWM Series swing-out wall-mount rack cabinets. It is intended for IT, telecom and structured cabling installers who need square-hole (cage nut style) rails in a 24U HWM cabinet instead of, or in addition to, the tapped 10-32 rails the cabinet ships with. The rails are sold in pairs and mounting hardware is included.

Construction is mild steel with a painted black finish. The rails carry U-markings along their length so equipment positions can be identified quickly during installation and later servicing, and the square-hole pattern accepts standard cage nuts and cage-nut hardware used by most 19" network, server and AV equipment.

According to the drawing, the rail measures 41.50 in (1054 mm) of 24U rack-mount height over an overall length of 42.03 in (1068 mm), matching the 24U HWM cabinet, which provides 42.00 in of mounting height at a 19.00 in mounting width.
