Hammond HWF3036U36WH 36U 30in Swing-Out Wall & Floor Cabinet, White

The HWF3036U36WH is a 36U swing-out wall and floor mount rack cabinet finished in RAL9003 White, built for 19-inch rack equipment in IT and telecom environments. It mounts to the wall while sitting on the floor on levelling feet, reducing wall load while maintaining stability for heavy equipment installations. This makes it suited to IDF closets, data rooms and edge computing locations where a standard wall-mount cabinet does not offer enough load capacity.

Construction is mild steel with a 14-gauge welded rear section and base and a 16-gauge swing-out section, carrying a UL2416 load rating of 700 lb (317 kg) and a seismic dynamic load rating of 400 lb (181.44 kg) at Ip = 1.5 in accordance with IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10. The swing-out centre section runs on caster support with concealed hinges, a safety pin lock-out and two remote latches, giving full front and rear access for installation and servicing without removing equipment.

Overall dimensions are 75.82 in x 30 in x 35 in (1,926 mm x 762 mm x 889 mm), with usable mounting space of 63.00 in high x 19.00 in wide x 33.50 in deep. The rack provides 36U plus a 4U bonus section, and the drawing shows 63.09 in (1602 mm) of 36U rail height, 32.50 in (826 mm) equipment mounting depth and 34.21 in (869 mm) overall internal space. One pair of adjustable tapped 10-32 panel rails is included; the door is not included and is ordered separately as a solid, vented or window 36U door.

Cable and power support includes multiple conduit knockouts, cable lances, two rear openings, power bar mounting, spool mounting and .281 holes for clip nuts and accessories.
