The HVPCI-111 is the higher-capacity cup in the HVPCI corrosion inhibitor range, with each cup providing protection for 11 cubic feet of enclosed space. It comes in a carton of 10 cups and is intended for protecting electrical and electronic components inside larger non-ventilated enclosures.

Each cup is 2.25" in diameter and 1.27" deep and uses a one way Tyveck release membrane. The emitter releases a vapor into the enclosure interior that deposits on the metal surfaces, forming a protective molecular layer. This layer provides multi-metal protection and helps reduce corrosion in the enclosure.

The cup is affixed via self adhesive inside the enclosure. Its short description, CORR INHIB CUP 11FT3 PKG 10, reflects the 11 cubic foot rating and the pack of ten. Compared with the 5 cubic foot HVPCI-105, the taller HVPCI-111 cup covers 11 cubic feet each.

The package has a listed size of 8 in x 5 in x 5 in (203 mm x 127 mm x 127 mm) and ships at 0.7 lbs (0.32 kg). HVPCI-111 is REACH and RoHS compliant, and full technical details are available on a separate data sheet.

Ideal For

  • Corrosion protection in larger non-ventilated enclosures
  • Protecting electrical and electronic components in control cabinets
  • Multi-metal corrosion reduction
  • Enclosures of around 11 cubic feet
