  • Carton of 20 cups
  • Cup size 2.25" Dia x 0.75"
  • One way Tyveck release membrane
  • Affixed via self adhesive
  • Vapor forms a protective molecular layer for multi-metal protection
  • For non-ventilated enclosures; REACH and RoHS compliant

The HVPCI-105 corrosion inhibitor is an emitter cup sized for mid-size enclosures: each cup protects 5 cubic feet of enclosed space. It is supplied in a carton of 20 cups and is aimed at facilities teams, electricians and OEM builders protecting electrical and electronic components inside non-ventilated enclosures.

Each cup measures 2.25" in diameter by 0.75" and uses a one way Tyveck release membrane. The emitter releases a vapor into the interior of the enclosure; the vapor deposits on metal surfaces and forms a protective molecular layer that provides multi-metal protection and helps reduce corrosion in the enclosure.

The cup is affixed via self adhesive, so it can be placed inside an enclosure without fasteners. With 5 cubic feet of coverage per cup, one HVPCI-105 covers five times the volume of a single HVPCI-101 pad.

The package has a listed size of 8 in x 5 in x 5 in (203 mm x 127 mm x 127 mm) and a shipping weight of 0.9 lbs (0.41 kg). The part is REACH and RoHS compliant; full technical details are available on a separate data sheet.

Ideal For

  • Corrosion protection in mid-size non-ventilated enclosures
  • Protecting electrical and electronic components in control cabinets
  • Multi-metal corrosion reduction in sealed enclosures
  • Enclosures of around 5 cubic feet
