The HPR20SZPL is a pair of 42U panel rails that provide 19" rack mounting centers inside HME modular freestanding enclosures. Listed for use with 2000 mm (78.74 in) enclosure height, the rails give 42U of mounting space, 73.5 in, for integrators, OEM engineers and panel builders fitting standard 19" equipment into industrial cabinets.
These are square holed rails with full EIA centers, built with an L-shaped panel rail profile from 12 gauge steel in a clear zinc plated (ZPL) finish, and they include mounting hardware. The manufacturer drawing dimensions the E.I.A. spacing at 1895 mm (74.6 in) for 42U, on a 44 mm (1.75 in) 1U pitch.
The HPR20SZPL provides 19" rack mounting centers in 600 mm wide cabinets, and in 800 mm wide cabinets when combined with the HAK19800 width adapter kit. The rails can mount directly to the frame in full front and full back positions, or can have full front to back depth adjustment when used with Depth Grid Straps, sold separately.
