Hammond HPBSS 30.5mm Pushbutton 304 Stainless Steel Hole Plug

The Hammond HPBSS is a brushed 304 stainless steel hole plug sized for a standard pushbutton opening. The HP Series gives the standard pushbutton size as 30.5mm, and the ordering table lists this plug for holes up to 1.25 in (32 mm) in diameter. It is aimed at panel builders, OEM engineers and maintenance electricians who need to close off a pushbutton hole left empty after a control-panel change.

The plug is finished in brushed natural 304 stainless steel and seals with an oil resistant gasket. It is secured from inside the enclosure with a 10-24 x 0.55" threaded stud and a plated wing nut, so it installs in the hole without any enclosure modification.

The plug diameter is 1.75 in (44 mm), and the part drawing shows a 1.76 in overall diameter along with 0.23 in and 0.79 in dimensions in its side and bottom views. Shipping weight is 0.1 lbs (0.05 kg), and it is listed in the Stainless Steel table of the HP Series ordering chart.
