The Hammond HP200PCGY is a molded polycarbonate hole plug in ANSI 61 Gray from the HPN4PC Series, built to close an unused 2 in conduit knockout in an enclosure wall. It fits a plugged hole diameter range of 2.50 in (64 mm) to 2.75 in (70 mm), and is intended for panel builders, electricians and OEM engineers who need a non-metallic seal against dust, oil and water.
The drawing references a 2" conduit trade size of 2.469 in. The external diameter is 3.12 in (79 mm), compared with a maximum plugged hole diameter of 2.75 in (70 mm).
The plug and nut are both molded polycarbonate, and the gasket is a closed-cell EPDM/neoprene blend.
