The Hammond HP100PCLG is a molded polycarbonate hole plug in RAL7035 Light Gray from the HPN4PC Series, built to close an unused 1 in conduit knockout in an enclosure wall. It fits a plugged hole diameter range of 1.38 in (35 mm) to 1.62 in (41 mm), and is intended for panel builders, electricians and OEM engineers who need a non-metallic seal against dust, oil and water.
The drawing references a 1" conduit trade size of 1.375 in. The external diameter is 1.92 in (49 mm), compared with a maximum plugged hole diameter of 1.62 in (41 mm).
The plug and nut are both molded polycarbonate, and the gasket is a closed-cell EPDM/neoprene blend.
