Hammond HN4WM306010GY 30x60x10 Type 4 Two-Door Wallmount Enclosure

The HN4WM306010GY is the widest 30 in tall model in the series at 60 in, with a 57.00 in wide inner panel and two 28.00 in doors, and it ships on a skid. It belongs to Hammond Manufacturing's Type 4 two-door wallmount family, designed to house electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls and instruments where equipment may be hosed down or very wet, or outdoors where full weather protection is needed.

The HN4WM306010GY measures 30 in x 60 in x 10 in (762 mm x 1,524 mm x 254 mm). Inside is a removable inner panel of 27.00 in (686 mm) x 57.00 in (1448 mm), finished in white powder coating. The drawing shows a door opening of 57.25 x 27.25 in, a usable depth of 9.92 in, and two 28.00 in wide doors, each 28.46 in tall. The center post is removable for easy installation of the inner panel, and the enclosure mounts to the wall through 0.44 in holes spaced 27.00 in apart horizontally.

The body is formed 12 gauge steel with smooth, continuously welded seams and no knockouts, cutouts or holes. The doors hang on heavy gauge continuous hinges, close against a seamless poured-in place gasket, and lock with a 3-pt padlocking handle. A grounding stud is provided in the enclosure and a bonding stud on the door. The cover and enclosure are phosphatized and finished in recoatable smooth ANSI 61 gray powder coating.

Ratings are UL 508A Type 3R, 4 and 12 (UL File E65324) and CSA Type 3R, 4 and 12 (CSA Cert. LR21001), with compliance to NEMA Type 3R, 4, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66. The part is REACH and RoHS compliant and ships packed on a skid at 142 lbs (64.41 kg).
