Hammond HN4FS907220SS 90x72x20 Two Door 304 Stainless Type 4X Enclosure

With a 90 x 72 in face and 20 in nominal depth, the HN4FS907220SS offers a large mounting area in a relatively shallow two door Type 4X freestanding enclosure. It belongs to the HN4 FSTD SS series and is formed from 12 gauge 304 stainless steel to house electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls and instruments in hose-down, very wet or corrosive conditions.

Nominal size is 90 x 72 x 20 in (2,286 x 1,829 x 508 mm), and the drawing shows 90.06 x 72.06 x 20.06 in overall. Two 34.00 in wide doors, 80.53 in tall, sit over 32.55 in wide openings, and each door has 30.06 in x 78.62 in of clear space available for operator devices.

Doors are hung on heavy gauge continuous hinges and locked with a 3-pt padlocking door handle; a seamless poured-in place gasket seals the openings. Seams are smooth and continuously welded, with no knockouts, cutouts or holes. The enclosure includes heavy duty stainless lifting eyebolts with reinforcing support angles, a grounding stud in the enclosure and a bonding stud on the door. A removable center post makes it easy to install the optional 90BYFW full height/full width panel.

It is listed UL 508A Type 3R, 4X and 12 (UL File E65324) and CSA Type 3R, 4X and 12 (LR21001), and complies with NEMA Type 3R, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66. The part is REACH and RoHS compliant, has a natural smooth brushed stainless finish, and ships on a skid at 765 lbs.
